Why it’s important to overshare your goals

If your just tuning in, I decided to motivate myself with a blog challenge. This is my first blog post for the 30 Day Blog Challenge that I am participating in with Natalie Sisson owner of  Suit Case Entreprenuer.

Each day we are presented with a homework. Today's homework was to write a post on why you started your blog, who you wanted to reach, what you wanted it to be all about. Then state why you joined this blog challenge and what you want to get out of it.

Wow,  this is a very exciting time for me! This platform  will allow me to share my passions and dreams as well as helping to hold myself accountable. I have always heard that goals that are kept to one’s self are less likely to be reached.

Not this gal! I am a tiny, determined woman with big goals who is ready,  so let’s get started!

I started this blog with a desire to share my challenges, accomplishments, and crazy personality in hopes that others may relate. My dream is to help others discover their passion. I have found through the years that I have a knack for helping to guide others to create an income.

I know firsthand how it feels to have so many ideas that need to be narrowed down to one. One workable idea that will appeal to a niche.

If you don’t have friends or family that share your business sense, it’s easy to get discouraged and not explore your vision.

That is why this blog was created. My passion is to provide encouragement and guidance to help you get on the path to the life you always wanted.

I want to help you live a bodacious life. I also want those that already have a dream, but need the extra income, to have help and guidance so that one can finance that dream and make it a star that is reached.

In sharing, I have hopes to be able to generate an income to help support my family. I started this challenge to prove to myself, and others, that everyone can have the life they dream if they do their due diligence.

It has been written that “faith without works is nothing”.  I have plenty of faith and this blog challenge is my “works”. Just like so many others, I struggle with consistency.  With this challenge, I want to reap the seeds I sow. I want to overcome and deliver!

I hope you will join me in this journey.
